About PropertyAtlas

Singapore commercial property intelligence, published by a working broker.

Free, useful data and analysis for landlords, tenants, and the brokers who advise them — built by someone who still does deals.

A platform where landlords and tenants can get free, useful data for their real estate journey.

Singapore's commercial property market is data-rich but information-poor. URA records every transaction, ACRA records every tenancy, the listed REITs publish every quarterly result — yet the working knowledge of which landlord owns what, who their tenants are, what rents are clearing, and how the portfolio is moving sits scattered across PDFs, regulatory filings, and brokers' personal notes.

PropertyAtlas brings that picture into one place. The newsroom tracks every listed landlord — REITs, listed developers, and the property arms of conglomerates — with REIT-analyst-grade depth on portfolios, transactions, vacancies, tenants, and people. Quarterly results get same-day coverage. Annual reports get structured breakdowns. The same data pipeline that drives the editorial output also powers the dashboards: live transactions, market pulse, asset directories, human-capital intelligence.

The goal is straightforward — give the market a free, trustworthy reference layer, then let the brokerage relationships build on top of that trust.

Everything on the platform is free to read at beta. Subscriber and salesperson tiers unlock deeper drill-downs and operational tools, but the core intelligence — the newsroom, the directories, the pulse — stays open. That is the editorial commitment.

Tony Koe — 25 years in Singapore real estate, building PropertyAtlas as the next chapter.

Tony has spent over two decades in Singapore real estate, beginning as a salesperson in the late 1990s and progressively scaling teams through the 2000s. By 2003 he was leading a 500-person sales organisation. In 2006 he joined a global real estate firm as General Manager of the associates' division, where he grew the team from 100 to 1,200 salespersons and delivered a tenfold revenue increase over four-and-a-half years. He launched Singapore's first property portal in 2008, featuring 720° virtual tours of over 2,800 projects — among the first deployments of digital marketing tooling for salespersons in the local market.

In 2010 he took over a boutique brokerage as CEO and led it through to acquisition by a global real estate brand, then drove regional expansion across Singapore, Jakarta, and Shanghai, securing strategic partnerships including rights with one of the world's largest owner-operated commercial real estate networks. The firm reached a Top 10 industry ranking within two years.

In 2016 Tony co-founded SRI and served as CEO. By the third year, the firm had become a full-service real estate consultancy spanning auction, business space, capital markets, project marketing, international project marketing, and research & consultancy, with a salesforce of over 1,200 salespersons. Under his leadership, SRI annual topline revenue exceeded S$100M within five years of inception and was recognised with the Enterprise 50 award and named one of Singapore's Fastest Growing Companies in both 2021 and 2022. SRI also developed the industry's first interactive real estate analytical CRM platform — integrating transactional data, real-time statistics, predictive analytics, and machine learning into a tool widely recognised as a market game-changer.

Tony stepped down from SRI in 2023 as Co-Founder and CEO. PropertyAtlas — and his current independent brokerage, TK Real Estate — is the next chapter: applying 25 years of brokerage experience, a deep market network, and a clear conviction that the Singapore commercial market deserves a working broker's publication.
